STARTING POSITION: Lie face-up with your lower back on the dome. Bend your knees 90° and keep your feet in line with your knees. Clasp your hands behind your head and keep your head in line with your spine. Note: Adjust your position as necessary to find your center of gravity.

Slightly nod your head in toward your chest and curl your upper body forward. Keep the back of your neck long and curl forward from your ribs as far as you can.

Maintaining your curl, extend your right leg straight out in front of you to eye level. At the same time, bend your left leg in toward your chest.
